can’t receive activation code because of Apple ID

I just bought a railpass and in a hurry I used my Apple ID but my e-mail provider is different and haven’t received the code now and will most likely not receive the code at all. And unfortunately I need to use the ticket very soon. Within 24 hours.
Any experience with this?
