Can't see some direct trains on EURAIL website

I’m trying to book Munich to Verona on August 16, 2025. I would prefer a direct train, but there are none available on the EURAIL website for that date. When I look at August 9, exactly one week earlier, there are several direct trains for this route. I have the same issue with other segments of my trip, Munich-Verona-Florence-Rome; no high speed or direct trains available to book on the dates I want.. Yet if I look at other websites such as Trenitalia or Italo, I can see that those direct trains are supposed to be running.

I keep coming back to check every few days in case the direct trains on the 16th and later suddenly become available to book with my Pass, but no luck yet.

Is it a question of waiting for a certain date to see the direct routes become available to EURAIL Pass holders, or should I assume it wont happen and make other arrangements?

Hello, there are works on the line between Innsbruck and Bolzano. Some DB-ÖBB EC/RJ Munich-Venice will run via Tarvisio instead. The others will have a bus replacement service. Informations will show up soon on the ÖBB timetable planner (fahrplan.oebb.at or ÖBB Scotty App) and probably last minute on the Eurail Website/App.

It looks like there will be bus replacement somewhere between Innsbruck and Brenner because of engineering works, but there's no timetable yet.

Brenner-Brixen is also closed in the same time is my last update.

Thank you Angelo and rvdborgt. I will try to book an alternative rail route for that trip.

Extra notice from ÖBB: https://www.oebb.at/en/fahrplan/baustelleninformation/brennersperre

From this, looks like they won't provide long-distance replacement buses. Only some local replacement up to Brenner (with predictably nowhere near enough capacity). Probably the same on the Italian side.

Definitely look at the alternative train routes or even a Flixbus from Innsbruck.
