I bought the four days pass, but only used three days. But the app said I has used 4/4 days. So I can not make reservations.

Making reservations is completely separate from the pass and is always possible.

If you've used only 3 travel days, then go into My Trip and look at the dates with "travel day” next to them. Those are your activated travel days. If there's one on which you don't travel, then:

  1. If it's in the future, go to My Pass, select that travel day and then tap on cancel travel day.
  2. If it's already in the past, then you can't cancel it anymore and contact customer service here:
