What is the problem? If you see an error message, could you please post a screenshot? Or otherwise a screenshot of where you are stuck?

In the app, go to More > Settings, and enable error logging (bottom of that screen). Then try the activation once more, so customer support has some logs to look at.
Then please contact customer service. Also mention when you need to travel.
I have setting as app suggest already but not working. And now i’m waiting for contact customer service reply me now

If you haven't done so yet, please contact customer service, explain thee problem and tell them you need to travel now. Also send them your screenshots.
