Cannot add my pass to my mobile

Please can you help?  I keep trying to add my pass but it says over and over again, “something went wrong, please try again or contact customer service if this keeps happening” 

I have contacted them but have read that it can take days for them to reply.

I start travelling next week so am worried! thanks
