Cannot another add traveller to trip

Hello!

My partner recently purchased a eurail travel pass through Klook.

She purchased a pass for x2 adults (herself and me).

Klook send a voucher with both of our details and passcodes.

She download app and created a trip. She had no issue adding a traveller with her pass details but when we try to add another traveller with my details it say the details do not match..

We made sure we picked the mobile tickets but still no luck.

 

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Read and watch this to make sure you are following the correct procedure.

If you are sure you are using it correctly but you stil cannot apply the pass then you can contact eurail customer services here https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new?

 

But as you bought through a 3rd party they may not be able to solve this, you should also contact the company you bought the passes from.

You can't add two travellers to the same Trip. Each traveller has to have their own Trip. 

Thanks! All sorted! Contacted Klook and they sorted the issue out.
