Cannot fint my mobile pass on my interrail account

Hey guys, 

I’m currently out travelling with my mobile pass, bought at interrail.eu. But I cannot find this pass on my account for some reason, which means that I can’t book seat reservations through my account.

Does anyone have a clue about where I can find my pass? I’ve got the pass reference number.

Hi, are you sure you have used the same email address to buy the Pass as you did when creating an account? Here, you can check your order overview (top, left block). If it says '’you have no orders yet'’, please contact our Customer Support team directly here, as they will be able to look into it with you and assist you further.
