Every time I try to save a journey with this app, I receive this error.  What can I do to stop it, and properly save a journey?

 

The worst place this error occurred is the Netherlands.   Please help.

  1. Do you have the latest app update? It should be version 21.6.0 (go to More and scroll down.)
  2. Can you add a journey manually without this error? You can do that using the link at the bottom of the planner results.

I am already at 21.6.0

I cannot add any journey manually. 


Then go to More > Settings and enable error logging. Then try again to save a journey again to generate some error logs.

Then contact customer service, with a description, your screenshot and also say you've turned on error logging and say you're currently travelling.
