Hello, I have a issue with my pass. I added my pass to my phone on the app and connected it to a trip and everything was fine. Then I activated the pass and made reservations and chose the first travel day the 29th August 2022. The next day I looked into the app and my trip and my pass are gone and I can't add the pass because it says that there's an issue. I hope you can help me because I just spent 300€ on it.
