Is it possible to change the country of residence if the pass has already been bought and activated OR if the pass has been bought but not yet activated? Currently, I live in Belgium but my country of residence will change from July/August. Since, the country of residence change dates are not yet clear to me, I want to accordingly buy or activate the pass. Thanks!

I’m not sure if it is possible, but ask directly the costumer service here. Due to high demand of customer service you could wait a bit long.
The BASIC rule is: you will be assumed to live in country of ID=eenzelvigheidsbewijs.
IF you state to live in another country and IF you get questioned about this-you MUST be able to show official proof of the govmt that you are registered in THAT country.
Usually you can only get that after having lived 6 monthes in there-but each country has its own rulings and it has become a rather murky thing now in the EU with all these exchange students etc.
