The only way would be to cancel your mobile passes and buy then PaperPasses a direct exchange was according her answer not possible.

What is the issue why you wanna move to the paperpass? Maybe the community have some tips or advices how the handle it.

As seewulf explained, it is indeed not possible to have a direct exchange. If you want to go for an exchange you will need to request a refund for your mobile Pass via your account and place a new order for a paper Pass. Cheers
