- Do you have a paper pass or a mobile pass?
- When did you buy it?
- Is it a promotional pass (with reduced price) or a regular pass?
- For a paper pass: what is the first day of validity?
In general, for a paper pass, you'll have to cancel it, send it back and order a new one. The best is to contact customer support.
