Hello,

I have a new phone and would like to transfer the pass. My trip starts on Saturday. Unfortunatly I have not jet received a reply  from the service. What can I do?

Customer service are the only ones who can release the pass from your original phone.

If you have not done so, give them all your details; name, pass number, when you plan on starting, otherwise you just have to wait.

If you can still use the original phone it may be better to just do that. Either keep it as your main phone until your trip ends or set up your new phone and just use the old one for the interrail app, connecting to wifi or mobile hotspot from your new phone when you need to.
