Hi everyone. my pass and that of my husband is a global one month unlimited pass. i now wish to change the first day of my pass from the 5th to 6th of August. the online faq says this can be done by cancelling the first travel day and selecting a new earlier travel day. however, on my unlimited pass, there is no option to cancel a travel day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

For a continuous pass, if you go to My Pass, there should be an option to deactivate the pass.
The advice is however is not to activate the pass before the first travel day because you only can deactivate the pass before 00.00 on the day the validity starts. If your travel plans change in the last moment you will loose travel days if you have activated the pass in advance.
I should have stated that I wish to change the pass start date from the 6th to 5th, not the other way around. Thanks again
