Hi all,

Me and my friend need some help. We have tried to contact Interail every day since one week back but haven’t received any answer. 
 

Our flight was delayed so we couldn’t start our journey on our starting date. And since this was after midnight we couldn’t change it in the app. Resulting in us loosing one journey. We only have a 5 days-pass, so one travel less has big impact. Do you know if there is any way to still change starting date afterwards? As I said, I have emailed Interail but don’t get any reply. So don’t know what to do.. any idea?

Once a starting date has been activated and used, it cannot be modified. In this case, the only way is to contact customer service. If you want, you can send me a private message with your order details and request. I will be happy to help you.
