I bought a paper pass some weeks ago for starting my trip in September . But now I saw that the valid date is from the 1st until the 30th of September. How can I change the the date .

Your last possible travel day is the 30th of September. You must make an exchange of passes, that costs 15 EUR if you want to change the validity. In that case you must first buy a new pass, then send in the first paper pass according to the instructions. You will then get a refund for the cost of the first pass less 15 EUR.
You can't change the validity of a paper pass. What start date of the validity did you enter when you bought the pass?
Hi . The Pass ist from the 5th of march and the valid date is from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024 but I will start now on the 5th of September 2024 and the last day of travelling will be the 1st of October.
