Compensation late eurostar

I book three reservations on Eurostar for 18th July two via SNCF, one via Rail europe. Train nearly two hours late ...can I get compensation for any of the reservation payments...if so how?

Here's the delay compensation page

I don't think you can get a refund for the reservations, unless the delay meant you couldn't use them. But you'll get a small amount for the delay itself.

Edit: I may have misunderstood? The above advice is if you're traveling on a pass. If you bought tickets, the advice is different!

Hello

What was the cause of the delay? For external causes (such as bad weather, medical emergencies, intervention of the police, suicides) compensations are generally not possible.

Normal compensations are 25% of the ticket price when the delay is one hour or more, 50% is the delay is two hours or more. Contact Rail Europe or SNCF for the reservations and Eurail/Interrail for a compensation of the pass (special rules apply for the passes),

If you are not sure if you can obtain a compensation or not, it is always possible to try. If you are not eligible, you will get a negative answer.
