Confused on the global pass and reservation ticket

Hi all appreciate the help.

So I have a 5 day global pass for my europe trip.

The trip is Rome > Florence > Milan > Marseille > Bordeaux > Paris. Each location 2 night stays.

So I also already bought the reserved seats for all inbetween cities, does that mean I have to show the eurail pass along side with the reserved ticket for the day of travel? And therefore the pass cant be used any other day except for the reserved train dates?

You have to show both if asked - train pass + reservation.

You can take as many trains at you like on a travel day.

If you're staying overnight at all those cities, then you've used all your 5 travel days.

It does if you choose to use it for all the 5 transfers.
But you could consider getting normal tickets for Firenze-Roma and/or Firenze/Milano as they can be really cheap (less than 20€) if gotten in advance, especially with ITALO (not covered by Interrail pass) and they always have some promotion going on.
