Yes, you pass is valid. It is best to use Öresundståg for the trip as you don't need a reservation for that train. To travel with an SJ train you would need a reservation, which would be a waste of money for that short trip.

Yes, these are included in the pass.
On some high speed trains, with destination Stockholm, you need a reservation. But not on the local trains.
