I want to travel with the TGV 9552 von Mannheim to Paris Est with the one country pass France. Until which stop do I have to have another ticket?

From Strasbourg (or from Kehl, the virtual border point) you can use your pass. There is something called like a Passzuschlag that you can buy at DB ticket counters, it covers the journey from Mannheim to the border + the seat reservation for the French part. I can't remember all the details.

It may be cheaper to buy a ticket to Paris.
