customer service email

Hi, I have sent two emails concerning the two passes I purchased, to customer service (orders@eurail.com) more than a week ago and have yet to get a reply...does anyone know if that is the correct email and if not, what the correct address is?

Service Request you can contact the Eurail Customer Service by this form or by direct message via Facebook or Twitter :) my experience Twitter and facebook are the fastest ones :)
