I have contacted customer support on march 30th to get a pass cover numbers so I can make some reservations. How long does it usually take to get an answer? I got a mail after two days saying that they have very much work to do. 

Maybe you ask @Nanja  via Private Message with your booking reference as she is able to provide you with one aswell. She is currently in the weekend and wouldn´t be online before Monday :/


I finally got an answer on April 21st.
