Hello! I have a mobile Eurail Global pass for myself and my roommate. Both of our birthdays are incorrect (by one day). I have reached out to customer service yet have heard nothing back and it has been more than 3 days. I would like to have this fixed so that it does not get in the way of our travel. Thank you so much for your help in advance!
