I'm not sure what kind of voucher ("bono”) you mean. If you've bought a mobile pass that can be activated until 11 months after purchase (and is non-activated), then you should be able to request a refund from your account. According to this page, that is possible “within, and no later than six months from the last possible activation date of the Pass". So you still have time to decide and time to request a refund.
Although currently, there's no problem as long as you avoid Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
