During the sale I bought a 1 month pass. The pament went through and I see a 252 euro transaction on my bank. The Interrail website said the payment was successful. But the order isn’t visible in Order overview, neither did I get a conformation email.

I don't think that the Eurail staff I tagged are working any more today. You can try contacting Customer Support through Social Media.
