Didn't receive anything, but did pay.

Yesterday I bought two Interrail global passes and I paid. The amount was taken from my bank account, but I did not receive anything. When I look at my order history, there is nothing, and I also didn't get any confirmation email. I checked my account and spam folder, but can't find anything. I also contacted customer service, but we are leaving within 7 days, so I thought I would try this to!

We can't help with that in the forum and you have already checked everything you could.

You did mention you travel date to customer service? Since they prioritise for urgency.
