If you can't travel with a Discover EU pass you should have received instructions how to cancel it. Discover EU has a waiting list for people to take over passes from those who can't travel.

Yes, I tried it, but I can’t. It’s important to say I didn’t buy my pass, I was given a grant, should I cancel the pass even being granted?
I don’t have activated my pass enough, maybe that has something to do with it not letting me cancel it?
Why not tell anything right straight away?
In THAT case contact the insititute that gave you the pass-I hguess thats the youth discover EU? Maybe they can surprise someone on the wating list with it
