The other day I received an email saying that I had received the discoverEu scholarship where they gave me a free interrail pass and that it would arrive in the mail on the 23rd, but we are already 25 and I have not received anything I do not know if it is of a problem or what it can be, could someone help me?

You need to contact DiscoverEU and ask them. The DiscoverEU Interrail passes are not handled by Eurail/Interrail, but by DiscoverEU.
