Hi I have added 2 trips to my pass, which I have not activated yet, would that be the reason I cannot see any tickets.

Thanks for any help

Hi

You will see the tickets only when the pass is activated and only during the day of validity. If a train is delayed and you think that you could obtain a compensation later, take immediately a screenshot of the ticket with the selected itinerary.

Thank you for the explanation, it eases my mind

I had sometimes a bug in the app. I defined a trip for a day and activated it. You must also activate every trip separately, but it is possible only after the activation of the pass. If you have a flexi pass, you must confirm that you want to use a day.

After this, it was not possible to show the ticket. A workaround is to deactivate the trip and to reactivate it.
