Does anyone have problems in getting the pass benefits?

Hi there,I have a mobile pass, I was trying to get some discount code in the “benefits” section, but when I enter my code it says it is invalid. I tried with differnt services and it is alway like that, is it because the pass is mobile and not a paper one?Did anyone have the same problem? Thank you all!

There have been a few reports that several discounts are withdrawn but still listed

The discounts that are are often simply a bogoff: about anyone can get them without doing much.

But my bet is: again someone who was misled by Ferries IT-GR??
