I am preparing my future trip in Austria and i have some questions about the one country pass
Does the one country pass include the journey from my home (Belgium) to the country I want to visit and vice versa?

NO, non-of course not. As is clearly stated in general condtions.
So in le Wallonie you buy a ultra cheap 1-co pass for GReece or EE=Estonia and then go for free via 5-6 countires to get there? Plus that NMBS has already quite cheap fares and loads of discounts-to go to airport or so.
