Downloaded App, added pass, but does not have my trip?

I created a trip on the website. Linked to my email and the account i bought passes.

It’s a trip for 4 people and i have used my account to buy all the passes.

When i added my pass to the app, it does not have my trip assigned.

Anything i am doing wrong?

You’re not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately there is no link between the website and the app - you have to enter the details again on the app.
