during using visa for France

I am a Japanese citizen living in Japan. I am planning a 4-month trip around Europe.

I plan to travel by using a Visitor VLS-TS pass(visa) for France about the France's part(about 25days) of the long trip because of Schengen Agreement's 90-day rule. Since the trip within the Schengen Area will last about four months, it will exceed 90days.

But in this case, can I use Eurail or Interrail pass in France only?

Your visa isn’t relevant for which pass you need.  Your country of residence is Japan, so you can buy a Eurail pass
