Entered the wrong start date and haven’t used the pass.

Hi all,

I purchased the 15 continuous days pass on Mobile. I wanted to check the train times and availability but just as a simulation but ended up entering the start date for the 17th of September! I only realised this now but I only wanted to use it next year :( I just assumed we had 11 months and it would just activate once I used it.

 

I don’t want to lose the entire pass because I was really looking forward to it. I haven’t used it at all except for entering the dates and now I only have 10 days left. 

 

Can someone help me out?
