erreur lieu de résidence pass global

Bonjour, Ma fille réside en Allemagne et à récemment utiliser un pass global pour voyager vers la France. Le plan était une utilisation du pass sur 3 jours (Allemagne→France, France→France, France Allemagne). Ors, lors de l’établissement du pass à un guichet en Allemagne, une erreur s’est glissée indiquant sur ce pass que ma fille résidait en France. Lors du voyage de retour en Allemagne, ma fille a dû régler 180€ à un contrôleur de la SNCF à cause de cette erreur, savez-vous quelle(s) démarche(s) il faut faire pour se faire rembourser de cette mésaventure ? You should always check if a ticket you have just received corresponds to what you have asked. In case of a mistake (as in this case), you can then immediately ask for a correction. Later, correcting an error is often more difficult and not always possible.

Having said that, for any problems you should contact the organisation where you bought the ticket. In this case, that would be the Deutsche Bahn:

Thank you for your answer, I hope that with the date of purchase and a proof of address it will be enough to solve that problem.
