I’ve made a mistake somewhere in my application and though I’ve got my mobile pass it doesn’t work when booking a reservation. I’ve misspelt my surname-can I change this myself?

You can't change the name yourself. That has do be done by Customer Support. Please use the form below to contact them. It is important that you let Customer Support know the start date of your travel.
