Hi everyone. I leave tomorrow Switzerland so I am finally ready to activate my pass. I went to go activate it and it asked for my passport ID number. When I put it in, it keeps telling me that something went wrong. I leave tomorrow morning and I’ve already made all my reservations. Please help! I am desperate I don’t know what it’s not working.

Can you post a screen shot of the page where you should enter the information? And then another screen shot of the error message. Remove any personal information.
Are you in Europe or in the US? Don't activate your pass until just before boarding the first train of your travel. And definitely not in the US as there might be problems with time zones.

Could you please check if the Gregorian calendar is enabled? Our app doesn't support other types of calendars so it might be causing the issue. You should also check that you have the latest version of our app, and if the problem persists contact us again, please.
