Eurail app not connecting to Wifi

My Eurail mobile pass has been activated and I have used a travel day but the app is not recognizing when my phone is connected to wifi. I have loaded the app multiple times and it does not recognize the wifi connection.


Any suggestions?


I need it for my next travel day tomorrow!

Did you manage to resolve it? If so, how? I'd be interested since this issue is reported here every now and then.

It may help to restart the phone or to switch airplane mode on and off.
