My phone is connected to wifi but my Eurail app with my mobile pass is saying I need to be online in the next 24 hours to keep it active. Is there anything specific I need to do?

It should be enough to be online at least once every 72 hours. If that doesn't work, then maybe check if airplane mode is on? Also check if there are any app updates.
