Hello, I purchased the Eurail Global Pass for 10 days in 2 months. It turns out I will only be needing about 6 or 7 trains. Is there a way after my trip if I only used this many to refund down to the 7 days pass? If not should I cancel my pass and buy a new one now or just leave it? (I have already reserved the Eurostar using this 10 day pass)

A partial refund is not possible. You can only cancel the whole pass before you start to use it, see the refund conditions. If you've already made reservations for the pass, then check if you can also get a refund for those. Or you can exchange your pass for a 7 days within 1 month (if that fits) and still use your reservations.

But you may want to check the currently available normal fares first.

Ok, thank you. If this is the case I will just keep my 10 days pass and maybe find a couple extra trains to go to some extra places!

Yes, thats by far the better alternative. The differnece in price between 5 - 7 -10 days f.e. is quite small and the cancellation fee will eat it.
