I purchased three Global passes and they are showing different information. Two of them are showing that we have now used 3/10 days and day 4 as “available”. The third one is showing 3/10 days used as well but shows “May 10” under day 4. Why isn’t it showing as available and will it cause any issue? Thank you

I'm pretty sure a travel day has been activated for 10 May. There may not be trains on it.
In My Pass (as showing in the screenshot), tap on Day 4. Does a button "Cancel travel day” appear? Then you have an active travel day for that date.
+8Do you have a train toggled ‘on’ on May 10 for that pass?
For the pass with 4/10 used, go into My Trip and look for all the dates where it says "Travel day”. Also in the previous journeys. If you find one in the future, then cancel it. I also suspect a travel day has been activated for 10 May.
No there’s no other travel days that are toggled on within “My trip”. I mean it doesn’t say that it isn’t available but I’m wondering why it shows that way. The “May 10” has switched to the next day every time I’ve activated another travel day, but all were previous to May 10 so far. Were going from Prague to Vienna on May 10th so wondering what’s going to happen when I activate it.
