I’m trying to make my first journey since using my pass for my outbound journey, so I know the app works. I can see my planned journey and have got the little yellow icons showing. It says that it’s been saved to my pass, but when I open it there’s nothing there. Any idea what’s going on?

You need to change the date to the date of the travel. The default is to show the QR code for today's date. 

 


I’m on a continuous pass if that makes any difference. I can’t see where I can change the date.

After tapping on "Show ticket”, the date should be shown at the top. You can change it there. It should also display a warning that you may need to change the date to show your ticket...
