I’m having a problem about mobile pass cannot activating. I done all necessary steps but the message “Something went wrong” keeping displays.
I have sent a error log to the apps support team but still waiting for the replay. My trip gonna start very soon on 30 Aug 2021
Anyone had experience about this issue before please help.

I've replied to the message you sent us via the chat-bot. Hopefully we can solve this before you start travelling later today!
I have tried as your advice but the same error still happens. I also tried to re-installed, deleted the pass and add again but still does not work.
I have sent the error log to you via the mail, maybe it can help.

The problems has been solved by helping from
@Felipe.iturrieta and IT team. The problem was solved by changing the iPhone calendar to Gregorian.
