As you live outside of Europe, you should get a Eurail pass and put Curacao as your Country of Residence. Don't forget to bringing your Curacao ID as proof on your trip.

With a Eurail pass you can travel unlimited in all countries, including the Netherlands. But you must bring your Curacao ID to prove that you are entitled to travel with a Eurail pass.
