If I buy a EURail 30 day pass would it include the city public transport for example the city underground,busses and tram transport

The pass is generally only valid on the participating railway companies:
Tram, bus and underground/metro are generally not included because the railways don't operate them (exceptions are e.g. a few tram lines in e.g. Basel and Cádiz). Suburban trains (e.g. S-Bahn in Germany, Austria, Switzerland) are often included, except the RER in Paris and a few lines in Zurich.
