Hello, I am from the United States and have only a US passport. I am studying abroad in Madrid right now, and I have a student visa and an apartment in Madrid. I am looking at getting a rail pass for 4 days/month. Do I qualify for an Interrail pass or should I get Eurail? The prices seem similar so I am not sure of the advantages/disadvantages of either.

The prices should be the same. The only difference is the rule about the number of days you can travel in your country of residence. With Interrail, that's just 2 days. With Eurail, there is no such limitation.
