I’m trying to book tickets for travel to the euros but each time I try to check out this happens… any ideas please? I’ve tried on a different browser too but it still does the same thing! I’ve successfully managed to book other dates without this happening.

Possible to book here for 3€ per person: https://shop.oebbtickets.at/en/ticket (without booking fee; so it's much cheaper).
As there is no date shown in your screenshot: DB system does sell reservations six months in advance. So last possible day here: 15.7. (maybe that's the problem).

Thank you for this. Annoyingly it says tickets are unavailable on the dates I want - 15-17th June, London to Duisburg.
Many summer reservations are not possible yet, especially for those trains for which DB will introduce mandatory reservations for the summer period, such as the ICE to Brussels. But there's still plenty of time, so I'd wait a bit.
