hi I purchased 15 days pass but struggling to book any seats from 31st December to 15th January via euro rail.is there any other way I can reserve the seat or cancel my pass .

I guess you're talking about Eurostar, right ? (according to your post history)
Eurostar has a passholder quota and trains can sell out days or weeks in advance. After that obstacle it will be a lot easier.
