If I activate the pass on June 24th, could I still use it on September 24th, or only on September 23rd?

If I activate the pass on June 24th, could I still use it on September 24th, or only on September 23rd?
Till the 23rd September 23.59 all your journey´s have to be done.
Note you can´t use the Nighttrain rule on the lastday of validity.
Means you can´t catch a Nighttrain departing on the evening of the last validity day in your case 23rd September that arrives the next morning.
