Exchange Interrail because covid 2020

Hello :)


2 years ago I had to shorten my trip cause Corona arrived!!! I remember receiving a message that if I used it 4 or less days I could get a new interrail pass when the situation would calm down! Now is the time :))) but I don’t find that mail back. How should I ask a new pass in refund of mine? I kind of wanna travel next week already (last minute request of a friend to go with her cause it s finished with her boyfriend) sooo It would be amazing to get an answer quick;) but no worries if you need time ;)
